"10-Star Satisfaction!!! If you aren't going through Kim & Heather at Lauren Brenneman State Farm, you're doing yourself a disservice. When I call, I feel like I'm calling a friend. I have never had such down to earth people break down every single item I ask about in an easy to comprehend way. They never act like you're asking too many questions and they NEVER act like they don't have the time for you. We had a claim not long after switching to them and they took every ounce of stress away. Although the prices are MUCH better than several other insurance companies we were with before, that's just a side dish compared to the main course of care that they provide.
